VENICE, FL, June 4, 2026, the Golden Palms Group, a real estate team serving Southwest Florida, announced today the launch of the Happy Homes Group, a new expansion brand created to serve clients, communities, and referral partners across growing lifestyle-driven markets.
Founded by Kyle Wall and Ashlyn Alter, the Golden Palms Group has built its Florida presence around creative marketing, community connection, thoughtful client service, and a modern approach to buying and selling real estate. With the launch of the Happy Homes Group, the team is expanding that vision west, beginning with Utah.
